Nota biográfica:

Dr John Walshe is Chief Research Scientist, CSIRO Mineral Resources, based at the Australian Resources Research Centre (ARRC) at Kensington, Perth, Western Australia.

Since joining CSIRO in 1996, Dr Walshe has contributed to developing mineral systems concepts and applications to mineral exploration of the Australian Craton. He is particularly interested in chemical processes in mineral systems, from the micro-scale to the earth-scale.

Prior to joining CSIRO Dr Walshe lectured in Economic Geology at the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is a graduate of the University of Tasmania.
